SHAUN TAN:
Shaun Tan is one of Australia`s most well known children`s book illustrators both in Australia and overseas. His books include `The Rabbits`, `The Lost Thing`, `The Red Tree`, `Tales from Outer Suburbia` as well as `The Arrival` which, since being published in 2006, has been internationally recognised for breaking new ground in children`s book publishing.
Shaun has also worked as a theatre designer, and worked as a concept artist for the films Horton Hears a Who and Pixar's WALL-E, and directed the Academy Award winning short film The Lost Thing with Passion Pictures Australia. In 2011 he received the presitgious Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award, honouring his contribution to international children's literature.
Each print is printed, signed and numbered by Shaun Tan. He has used lightfast pigmented inks on archival paper.
